Charley joined Celtic in September 2020 after leaving Blackburn Rovers during the summer. The 21-year-old versatile midfielder has featured for Celtic during pre-season, scoring twice in wins over Chadderton and West Didsbury & Chorlton. Charley first joined Blackburn as an eight year old and progressed through the ranks to sign his first professional contract with Rovers in 2017. He was part of the clubs U23 Premier Division 2 Division 2 title win in 2018/19. In total, Charley made over 50 appearances for Blackburn's U23 side. Charley spent 13 years with the Championship side and now joins Celtic ahead of the 2020/21 season.
