Player Profile - Brandon Newell
Brandon is a 19-year-old highly rated midfielder who joins Celtic from Macclesfield where he had spent last season. Brandon became the youngest-ever recipient of the North West Counties First Division South Player of the Year award in 2022 after a stellar season making 32 appearances for Abbey Hulton. This saw him make the move to Macclesfield in the summer of 2022 where whilst on dual registration with Wythenshawe Town, he suffered an ACL injury that ended his season early. He went onto make 19 appearances for Celtic, before joining Witton Albion in November 2023. He couldn't stay away and returned to Bower Fold in November 2024.
