The board of directors wish to provide the following update which includes details of a board restructure that has been created with the aim of providing the club with a more sustainable future.

Plans for the upcoming season have been developed over the last six months and include each director having a responsibility for their area of focus. Each director will have their own team who will work together to achieve growth on and off the pitch.

The changes have been made to improve the efficiency of the day to day running of the club. The introduction of a clear structure will enable the club to progress off the field.

Interim Chairman Keith Smart will be retiring from both his role as Interim Chairman, to be replaced by Gerald Crossley; and his role as Finance Director, a post still to be filled.

Jill Jones, who currently manages Celtic’s Academy programme and is our Under 21’s and Under 18’s secretary joins the board of directors.

The clubs organisation structure effective from today:

- Chairman: Gerald Crossley

- President: Bill McCallum

- Commercial, Sales and Marketing: Ash Mirtorabi and Andy Seddon

- Finance: TBC

- Match Day Operations: Gordon Greenwood

- Academy and Community: Jill Jones

- Ground Safety: Stephen Tate

- Football: Phil Hall

- Hospitality and Development: Pete Taylor, Arthur Boswell and Bill McCallum

- Consultant: Paul Cannings

At this moment in time, the board do not have an update regarding the sale of Rob Gorski’s shares. When an update becomes available, this will be shared with supporters as soon as possible.
