Player Profile - Farrell Kilbane (25th Nov 2005 - 20th Mar 2006)
Central defender, Farrell is an Everton fan, and brother of Kevin Kilbane: fortuitous, then. He joined on a one month loan from Southport, where he played part of their Championship winning side, before making the move permanent at the end of that loan period. He joined Southport from Lancaster at the start of the 2004/05 campaign, and impressed with a solid first season, and has made numerous appearances in the 2005/06 season. Prior to that he had spent five years at Lancaster, and two at Stafford. He has had league experience, turning out for both Preston North End and Cambridge United. A lesser known club he has played for is the Sunday league side Hammerton United in 2002 - a cup winning side there, too.
