Brad joins from Tamworth, a team he joined at the end of the 2013/14 season. He started out at Birmingham in the youth, leaving them in in 2012 to join Ilkeston Town. He had a month-long loan spell at Shepshed Dynamo in in September 2012, and joined Corby Town in 2013. January 2014 saw a move to Boston United that was short lived, and he moved onto Worksop Town.
