Stalybridge Celtic Football Club is recruiting for a Commercial Director to join the Club’s executive team as the Club looks to develop and enhance its matchday and commercial offerings.

The Club has enjoyed investment under new ownership over the last six months and is expanding its relationship with the local business and social community, creating an exciting time for a new Commercial Director to join us.

Our new Commercial Director will lead on the management, promotion, and marketing of our advertising, sponsorship, and hospitality packages. With clear budgets and targets, the Commercial Director will have direct control and ownership of all key decisions that need to be made to achieve our objectives.

The new Director will be responsible for setting our commercial strategy for the 2024/25 football season, and will work with our media and communications team to develop materials needed to create a clear proposition for prospective customers.

The role will include a basic salary, but the key rewards will be earned on a commission-basis - we want the successful applicant to share in their own success alongside the Club.

The new director can, therefore, operate on a full-time, part-time and/or contract basis - we are open to consider all options.
