Wayne is a strong midfielder from Wakefield Emley. He started his career with Manchester United in 1988, playing along side the burgeoning Ryan Giggs, however, while Giggs joing the first team, Bully joined Barnsley in1991 making 40 appearance, and then Stockport County in 1993 where he never made the first tean before being released to join Scunthorpe United a month later. At scunthorpe he made over a 100 first team appearances scoring 14 goals during his 2 year stay. In 1995 he joined Bradford City made two appearances in his two years (with a loan spell at Doncaster between them)with them before going to Peterborough United in 1997. 25 appearances and a goal later, he was released to join Scarborough in 1998, where he appeared nearly forty times scoring just once. A brief spell at Grantham was followed by a more successful spell at Barrow, but was dogged by injury and joined Wakefield Emley in 2003, before making the trip over the Pennines to Celtic for a short while. He then moved on to Belper Town.
