Our Adult Disability Team were winners in the Stalybridge Carnival recently, picking up the First Prize award for 'Highest Group Collection' and Second Prize for the 'Best Walking Group' in the Carnival Parade.

Chloe Hobson, the Carnival Queen, was on hand before our weekly Training Sessions at Ashton 6th Form College last Tuesday to present the Team with their Certificate and Shield. On hand were Michael Bethwaite, Michael Adams, Leanne McKew and Nicole, along with Community Development Officer, Mike Smith.

We will be holding a 'Signing On Evening' at Bower Fold on Tuesday 2nd August 2016, 6pm until 7pm, for those interested in playing for the Stalybridge Celtic FC Disability Team next season.

The Team finished Runner's Up in the Championship Division of the Cheshire East Ability Counts League last season, their first year playing competitive football, a fantastic achievement by everyone.
