Chris is a proven non-league striker, bagging goals wherever he play. He joins Celtic from Chorley, where he has been on non-contract terms. His first non-league club was Leigh RMI, where he attracted the attention of Wrexham. However, getting into the first team for Wrexham was proving difficult, and he joined Hyde in 2007, where he became a firm fans favourite thanks to his goal scoring. He made a swirtch to Southport where the goals kept coming, though spent a six game spell on loan at Chorley, where he bagged three, before returning to Southport until 2011, when he joined Chester. His season at Bangor saw him easily win the golden boot with twenty-one goals, before he was tempted to join Airbus UK. In 2014, he re-joined Chorley, and now returns back to play under Liam Watson at Stalybridge, where he continued his impressive scoring form and helped rescue Celtic from relegation.
