We’re pleased to confirm Sean Tse has re-signed with Celtic for the 2025-26 season.
The commanding centre half played 27 times for Celtic last season after arriving from Radcliffe 12 months ago.
Sean said: “I’m happy to be at Stalybridge Celtic for another season. Although last season was a tough one for me through injuries, I’m excited and ready to get back to it with Jon and the lads. With a settled core of the squad and with some good additions to the squad, I fully expect us to meet our targets this year.”
Jon said: “We’re delighted to have retained Sean for the new season. His experience and presence in defence is a big plus and we saw how influential he can be at the heart of our defence. The aim for Sean will be to build further on his game time this season which we are confident he can do. We're thrilled to have him with us again.”
With previous promotion experience gained with Radcliffe and international appearances for Hong Kong, Sean carries vast experience and will aim to help Celtic improve on last season’s sixth placed finish.
Welcome back Sean!
