Stalybridge Celtic is extremely excited to have extended Lewis Rawsthorn’s loan from Radcliffe until the end of the season!

The 21-year-old striker has become a fans favourite at Celtic during his initial three month loan, impressing with seven goals and five assists in his first 14 games.

After extending his stay with the Club, Lewis said: “I’m really happy to be staying with the Club until the end of the season.

“I’m loving my time here and hopefully I can help the lads reach our objectives this season.”

Jon Macken added: “I’m so pleased that Lewis is going to be staying with us for the rest of the season. He came in and hit the ground running and has been a consistent key member of our team. I’d like to thank Radcliffe for allowing him to continue on our journey with us.”

The Club would like to extend its thanks to Radcliffe.

Celtic are back in action tomorrow afternoon with an away trip to Clitheroe (3pm ko).
