Stalybridge Celtic can confirm Liam Tongue will take temporary charge of the first team as our interim manager.

Liam, who re-joined the Club in the summer for his second spell at Celtic will be assisted by current Celtic players Greg Wilkinson and Aaron Chalmers, as well as former striker Phil Marsh.

Liam, Greg, Aaron and Phil all have Celtic at heart, with a combined 529 appearances between them, and have stepped up to support the Club in an interim period.

They’ll begin temporary charge for tomorrow’s home fixture vs Avro.
