We’re thrilled to capture the signing of forward Kamoy McNair on a youth loan from Salford City.

Kamoy joins Djavan Pedro and Marcus Dackers in strikers having joined the Club on loan from Salford City and will head straight into Celtic’s squad for tonight’s game with Hanley Town.

The 19-year-old has previous NPL experience on loan at Ramsbottom United and 1874 Northwich and has been a regular goalscorer for Salfords U18’s and B Team.

After signing on loan, Kamoy said: ”I’m really excited join and hopefully get a good run of games in me as I try to improve.

“I’m hoping to score goals and help the club to give them the extra chance of promotion this season. I’m a physical striker and like to hold the ball up, somewhat of a target man for the team to build off. I’m hoping to learn to be an adaptable striker in different systems and formations.”
