The 31-year-old forward has played six games this season for the Club scoring twice in what is his second spell at Bower Fold.
Manager James Kinsey adds: “Connor is a fantastic player that we’re disappointed to be loosing. He is going into a player/coach role and spoke to us about wanting to go down that route at his age.
"The club have gained an undisclosed fee for him, which we decided to accept.
"He’s a great lad and goes with our best wishes."
The Club would like to wish Connor the very best for his future career.
