Celtic’s first two pre-season friendlies for the 2024-2025 season have been confirmed with James Kinsey’s side set for away trips to New Mills and Squires Gate.

Celtic’s opening friendly takes place on Tuesday 9th July at Church Lane, the home of New Mills. This game kicks-off at 19:45pm.

New Mills finished 16th in the North West Counties First Division South, after a fantastic second-half of the season saw The Millers win eight out of their last 11 league games to secure their place in the division for the upcoming season.

Four days later, Celtic will travel to Blackpool to face Squires Gate of the North West Counties Premier Division on Saturday 13th July. This fixture will kick-off at an earlier time of 12pm.

Gate finished the season on 42 points and will again compete in the Premier Division of the North West Counties next season.
