Take the M60 to junction 12 and join the M62.
Stay on the M62 for 16 miles to junction 7 (A557/A57/A570).
Join the A557 and stay on it for 3 miles.
Sharp right onto Ashley Way (going back on yourself) and take the immediate left.
At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Gerrard Street.
After a mile turn right onto Lower House Lane and the ground is on the right.
