Stay on the A168 for 8 1/2 miles past Sowerby to where it becomes the A19.
Stay on the A19 for about 11 miles to a slip road for the A172.
Stay on the A172 for about 5 1/2 miles to a roundabout with the A173.
At the roundabout go straight across (exit 3 of 5) onto the A173.
Stay on the A173 for about 5 1/2 miles to a roundabout with the A171.
Turn right (exit 3 of 4) onto the A171 (Middlesborough Road).
Stay on the A171 for just less than a mile to a roundabout.
Turn right (exit 2 of 3) onto Middlesborough Road.
After quarter of a mile take the first left onto Park Lane.
After 400 yards take the first left onto Howlbeck Road.
