High experienced Dave Stevenson has been at just about every level in English football. He started with Blackburn at their academy and played for England Youth along side luminaries like Glenn Johnson and Darren Bent. Loan spells with Birmingham, Liverpool and Stoke reserve teams followed, before a permanent move to Nottingham Forest. David then made the move to non-league with AFC Fylde, then Warrington and finally New Mills before crossing the Atlantic to the USA to play for Maine Sting. On his return to the UK, he played for Leicester under Sven Goren Erikson, and after Erikson's departure, he too left to join Plymouth. A move back to non-league saw him join Fleetwood town and helped them to their Conference Championship. After their promotion, he moved first to Barrow before finally in 2013 coming to rest at Southport. He joins Celtic as cover after Craig Ellison left.
