We’re excited to announce our latest new commercial partnership with Vintage Thyme Catering who have become the Club’s new official catering partner.

Vintage Thyme, who provided the catering for both the recent Legends game and home game against Avro, is our new partner for supporters’ food, matchday hospitality, player and staff post-match food, as well as being available for events’ catering too at The Venues at Celtic.

The owners of the family-owned outside catering business, who also run an award-winning coffee house and food bar in Prescot, have over 30 years’ catering experience and pride themselves on providing exquisite food and a personal service to create bespoke catering experiences all over the North West, ranging from small intimate dinner parties to large wedding receptions and from corporate black-tie dinners to family barbecues.

Vintage Thyme’s experience of non-league football includes having worked with both Prescot Cables FC and Southport FC, where they have provided supporter catering for weekend football festivals as well as hospitality. Last season they were proud to be the hospitality caterer for Southport FC as the club’s hospitality lounge won The Padded Seat’s Best Value Experience 2023/24.

Carl Shore, Director and co-owner at Vintage Thyme, said: "We're excited by this new partnership with Stalybridge Celtic and are already enjoying bringing our great food to both supporters and hospitality guests."

Stalybridge Celtic’s Commercial Director, Steve Dewsnip, said: “Our fans and sponsors know how much we have put into improving our hospitality and events spaces and offerings recently so it is vital that we have a reliable and quality catering partner that shares our vision. For me personally, it is great to be working with Carl and Nicky and their team again and the feedback we have received already from the 50 or so hospitality guests at the last two games has been excellent.”

Vintage Thyme also plan to extend the range of culinary options available for fans shortly to include not only the current range of homemade short crust pastry pies, chips, peas and/or gravy (available for just £8) but also burgers, posh dogs, shawarma and pulled pork from the wood-fired barbecue, ciabattas, handcrafted pizzas and waffles for those with a sweet tooth.
