Stalybridge Celtic are delighted to announce that Goalkeeper Paddy Wharton is back at the Fold until the end of the season after joining from Tranmere Rovers on loan!

Paddy was with us for a spell this season for 7 games before joining Marine for a month on loan and now he rejoins us here for the rest of the season!

We spoke to Paddy and was raring to go as he said 'First time around I really enjoyed myself and we did well as a team! But, this time round I hope we can go one step further and sneak into the playoffs as we have the players to get in there. I'm buzzing to be back!'

Wharton goes straight into the squad for Saturday's game against Hednesford!
