27-year-old Wilkinson re-joins the club after having spells at Altrincham and FC United last year.
The midfielder who made 166 appearances, scoring 17 goals, during his last stint at Bower Fold before departing four years ago will rebuff the Celtic midfield.
Left-back Lee Neville was the next to come on board as he follows striker Aaron Burns and midfielder Andrew Langford joining from Trafford.
