As part of our Community Development schools programme 'Active Goals', we are launching a competition for all of the Key Stage Two children in Primary Schools across Stalybridge, to design a Mother's Day card to give to their mum on Mother's Day on Sunday 26th March 2017.

We are encouraging every KS2 pupil across the ten Primary Schools in Stalybridge to ‘Design-A-Mother's Day Card' for their Mum, each pupil will be given a Mother's Day Card template for them to be creative and design their very own card.

Each school will chose ONE winning entry to represent their school. All those who have participated will be able to take their design home from school and give it to mum!

Once we have all ten winning entries, Stalybridge Celtic staff/players will decide the overall winner.

Nine Runners-Up will be invited to the National League North fixture versus Worcester City FC on Saturday 25th March 2017, to collect their certificate and prize, with the overall winner being able to present their mum with a bouquet of flowers on the pitch at half time.

We hope that every Stalybridge Primary School are able to support this competition in their school and look forward to receiving the winning entries…..Good Luck!
